Shipping policy

Local Shipping Fee:

1.Base on order price

  • For order over HKD1,500(Net Selling Price / after discount), delivery fee will be HKD100 
  • Order below HKD1500- (Net Selling Price / after discount), delivery fee will be HKD150

2.Base on Items weight

  • 0-5kgs, HKD40
  • 5-10kgs, HKD80
  • 10-15kgs HKD150

    Delivery Methods:

    • SF EXPRESS
    • PERSONAL COURIER

    Local Delivery (Kong Kong):

    • Orders will be dispatched via SF Express within 3-5 working days after the order is placed. You will receive the tracking number from us via email afterwards. 
    • Delivery Estimated: 1-2 Working Days
    • Delivery service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories
    • Delivery service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Outlying Islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and restricted areas.
    • PO Box is not accepted as shipping address.
    • An order can be delivered to one address only.
    • If orders are undelivered during the first try, our courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. We will attempt delivery up to 2 times before returning your order to the warehouse. If you require additional delivery after that, another round of courier fees will have to be charged.

    International Order:

    • Orders will be dispatched via FedEx within 3-5 working days after the order is placed. You will receive the tracking number from us via email afterwards.
    • Shipping cost is not included and pay by buyer. The shipping rate is according to the weight of your order and need to confirm by email and accepted by the buyer.
    • Import taxes/ duty/ customs fees are EXCLUDED, your order will be taxed according to your local import law, please refer to your local customs.
    • Delivery Estimated : For Asia 2-3 working days, for North America and Europe 4-5 working day, Other 6-7 working days
    • We will not be held responsible for any delay in shipment.
